Base monthly fee covers up one physical office network, including two servers, one internet router, and one network firewall.
To insure the correct support is provided, the Critical Systems Plan requires that customer maintain hardware warranties and/or support contracts on all network equipment, servers and proprietary server applications under coverage.
Client is expected to maintain an adequate battery backup for the network equipment
Critical Systems Plans are pre-invoiced quarterly, or can be set up for credit card payment monthly
Any on-site or remote support of end-user related issues is considered and hourly charge, billed in increments of .5 hours for remote support, and 2 hour minimum for on-site support.

Unlimited remote and on-site support for end users and equipment as required.
Plan includes the ATS outsourced CIO advisement service, including remote a scheduled on-site technology strategy meetings as appropriate.
Available extended hours support upon proper documentation of the supported users.

Hourly pricing starts at $125/hour. Pricing discounts available for prepaid block purchases of 20 hours, or for customers on an IT Services plan.
On-site hourly support is billed a minimum 2 hour charge
Remote support is available with a one-hour minimum charge.
ATS will charge one way travel time charge for customers in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This area includes Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, and nearby surrounding areas.
For travel to sites outside this area, ATS will charge one way travel time, plus applicable expenses, such as airline, hotel, car mileage or rental fee and meals.
